4. Legal Status Acknowledgments

By using this website and making payments, you acknowledge and confirm that:

• Your account(s) have not been discharged in bankruptcy

• Your account(s) are not part of any pending bankruptcy proceeding

• You are not a petitioner in any pending bankruptcy proceeding

5. Online Payments

By submitting a payment through this website, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are voluntarily making a payment toward an outstanding balance

• Payment does not necessarily resolve all legal obligations related to the account

• Despite making a payment or scheduling a payment plan, you may still have legal obligations related to the account

• The balance displayed may not reflect recent payments or charges due to processing delays, particularly those from third parties or court remittances

Refunds will be processed following our review and investigation of the transaction, which may take up to 10 business days to complete.
